This is the foundation and beginning of your New Home. We at SBE know the investment and large endeavor of a new home build, that is why it is so important to get the RIGHT excavator to do this job. Many companies move dirt but to prepare the foundation of your home to your plan specification is an entirely different matter. Once you have your house plans, we will review what is necessary, meet for a full consultation; which requires precise grade measurements of your land, and its elevations. Once this is reviewed, we send you a full proposal of services we can offer. If you are building a house on a concrete slab or if your home has intricate foundation details with a basement, our excavators are trained and experience to give you the precise elevations and measurements required.
If you have a builder we work directly with him, if you are contracting your own build we will work directly with your subcontractors so work flow goes smoothly.

Other Services we offer: Land Clearing…from thick brush clearing leaving established trees to total clear off leaving land for pasture or build.
Driveway: Raw Land: Requires new grade of drive to building site area or construction entrance….Road Fabric and initial Gravel poured and spread with an appropriate slope for water to run off. Once all building is complete the final finish of drive is done at that time. Existing Drive: You may have an older drive that simply needs some spruce up, appropriate amount of Gravel delivered and spread. Home Site Prep: Pad or basement excavation, footers with drains prepared to connect all downspouts for proper drainage after home is built. Drains: From French Drains to connecting downspout drains to day light away from house, SBE is professed in erosion control and diversion of water.
